Jack Sparrow
That number was expected for KTS. I was predicting a little harsher and it might as well with actuals. The WOM seems to be absolute toxic on this one even worse than Drive and then KTS opened much lesser than that.

Fake
Great for Lincoln!!LoP will need Oscar bump to reach 100m it seems, but it should get there.
Jake Gittes
Welcome aboard Jack Sparrow....and you got a like for your first post. :)I'm still stunned that Flight was never expanded. This to me sounds like a power struggle or something. Someone did something to piss someone off by adding a bonus clause or something to their contract if the film makes more than a certain amount or something. So Paramount releases it but makes sure it will never hit lofty numbers because it is in half the theaters it should have been.Wasn't it playing in 2600 theaters for the past three weeks? Seems like as good an expansion as was needed after a start in 1900.

Fake
If Flight, ROTG and LOP all hit 100m, then this november will have 7 100m+ movies!! What is the record for any single month, anyone knows?
Jack Sparrow
I am sure one of the summers would have had 7 movies crossing $100m but this will be the first November to do that.
Jack Sparrow
Flight should have opened with 3000+ theaters OW if it had opened to $35m+ it should have easily crossed $100m IMO.

(Checked BOM potential months: May/June/July/November/December and also checked to make sure: September/October - back to 2000; don't think it's possible before 2000 because of the inflation and stuff)
Fake
Flight may still have hit 100m comfortably, but the over-performance of Skyfall and Lincoln limited its potential. There is a small chance still alive though.

Jake Gittes
It would definitely have had an American Gangster/Safe House type of run if it had opened in 3000-3200 theaters.

If WW total is 900M that means that they have OS estimates too, since with a 11M weekend and the current OS total, it would be under 900M (somewhere at 883M)
