#ED
Nolan has his flaws, but we can't sit here and say a movie he made was BAD. We would be lying to ourselves.
Michael Gary Scott
Do you believe Nolan is capable of making a bad movie some day? I certainly think that movie will come eventuallyOf course nobody is perfect

The Stingray
Nolan has made 2 awesome movies in my book, Memento and Inception.Fincher also has 2, Seven and Fight Club.QT got 4, Pulp, Reservoir, Kill Bill 1 and Basterds. Have yet to see Django.Spielberg got 2 for sure, Jaws and Raiders (which are two of my favorite movies of all time). But he also has 2 almost awesome movies in Jurassic Park and Minority Report, so 1 + 1 + 0,5 + 0,5 = 3. I haven't seen the one with the Holocaust.Scorsese got 3 for sure, Taxi Driver, Goodfellas and Casino, but I haven't seen the one with Joe Pesci and the boxer. Then you are missing out, Shindlers list is a masterpiece and you forget to mention Saving private Ryan, easily one of his best. Scorsese got 3 for sure, Taxi Driver, Goodfellas and Casino, but I haven't seen the one with Joe Pesci and the boxer. Raging Ball? Yeah you're missing out there too bud, also The Departed is brilliant IMO.

I certainly think that movie will come eventuallyOf corse he will, the greatest directors of all time have made a slip-up at some point, its only natural but so far, his record is good. Look at Speilberg, he's easily one of the best and he's had a few duds in his time. If Nolan wants to join the greats in Hollywood then he needs to show some diversity.

Letsuseournoggin
No, in mine.Never mind.Speaking of Nolan, that new sci fi movie his name is being attached to, penned by his brother looks intriguing. I'll be there for it, but damn it, when is he going to branch out to something different? The Stingray
Never mind. Was just goofing around, sorry. I know you said in your book about the TDK trilogy. Speaking of Nolan, that new sci fi movie his name is being attached to, penned by his brother looks intriguing. I'll be there for it, but damn it, when is he going to branch out to something different? Wasn't he supposed to direct a Howard Hughes biopic? Letsuseournoggin
Wasn't he supposed to direct a Howard Hughes biopic?Lol No apologies. I said nevermind because I couldn't tell if you didn't get my statement and I was too lazy to explain and it wasn't a big deal. But now that I know you got it, touche.I heard something about the Hughes biopic. I would prefer he go down this route then another epic grand scale sci fi film. Harpospoke
I can't be a Nolanite because I only LOVE one of his movies...Memento. I like BB and TDKR...but that's it. Don't care for the rest of his movies at all.
fishstick
Oh, screw it! Everyone has a right to produce a turkey. Cameron is a Razzie winner for Rambo 2 script. Top that.Anywya, in Interstellar we trust! Bring it Nolan! Bring it!
