iceroll
I think the Oscars just got a lot more interesting and unpredictable.
The Dark Alfred
As I said Affleck is pretty much locked to win the BAFTA with Spielberg and Russell not nominated.
Blankments
Life of Pi just fucking dominate this award race alone. Most entralling film of the year by country mile. Should win VFX along with Best Director at the Oscars. Fixed that for you.
The Futurist
There were too many good movies this year. That is why the award season is going to be all over the place. The movies are individually too strong.
ladyevenstar22
good idea, maybe it will.... lincoln has oscars hidden in all his pockets (so many oscar winners and a multiple oscar winning director) that said i haven't seen any of these movies , it suckssssssssssssss huge cojones!!! The Dark Alfred
DDL really needs a good speech writer before Oscars…may be he can go method again and imagine he is playing an actor who wins her 3rd Oscar lol Edited January 11, 2013 by Alfred Unchained
fishstick
As I said Affleck is pretty much locked to win the BAFTA with Spielberg and Russell not nominated.Like he was locked for BD nom?I think the Oscars just got a lot more interesting and unpredictable. With the exception of DDL`s inevitable win.If unnominated director(s) continue to win, I wouldn`t want to be the one who wins the Oscar because other awards clearly say another person was more deserving. fishstick
DDL really needs a good speech writer before Oscars…may be he can go method again and imagine he is playing an actor who wins her 3rd Oscar lol As if his shit speeches ruined his previous 2 wins. Winslet speeches were crap, Waltz speeches were most pretentious drivel and yet they swept all precursors and Oscars.

Gopher
Wouldn't it be something if the Affleck snub will turn into a huge support for Argo winning BP??? This could happen. If we were on the same schedule last year and DGA nominations came out while voting was still in session, Affleck would be in. After today I really have no idea what to expect anymore. I'm blind.
