  1. theres too many to choose from. My absolute favourite soundtrack is for the LOTR trilogy. It is perfection. A Masterpiece. I wouldn't be able to pick one track out. It wouldn't be fair to it. Gladiator is amazing too as is Titanic and Braveheart OST. Pretty much agree with everyone picks in this thread tbh. i'll put one down though...
  2. was a good movie. Not as good as the first one. But i enjoyed it. Had everything i wanted to see, blood, gore and Evas tits. Felt a bit uncomfortable at the sex scene with my wife. she was looking at me thinking i would lower my gaze but fuck that, i paid for this shit:P a good B grade movie. Eva Green has truly grown since Kingdom of Heaven. Every role i have seen her in since has been amazing. She oozes a commanding presence on screen. Cant wait to watch penny dreadful.
  3. just saw the first 50 minutes and my word i am sooo bored. Turned it off cos i cant be bothered to carry on. Ill have to force myself to finish this another time
  4. A good film but slightly overrated. i didnt find the acting to be anything special apart for Chiwetel. B+
  5. one of my favorite movies of all time. Classic
  6. first season was great. after the writers strike they lost the momentum and didn't really know where the story was going. seemed to be making it up per episode. Still though i had good memories of Peter and Hiro and wouldn't mind seeing them return:)
  7. So i finally saw this and oh my...this is a beautiful movie. A
  8. movie wasnt bad. was so and so throughout until the end. That was an amazing final battle and the music was cool too. Good ending aswell.
  9. Kiefer Sutherland....Phone booth
  10. oh man this is close. I always put Avengers as my favourite marvel movie but spiderman 2 was one of the best experiences i had. i'll give it to Avengers just by 1%. Raimis trilogy...though i really like em they are not aging too well imo. Looking very cheesy. Even though i consider Spiderman 2 to be a near masterpiece from a CBM perspective.
  11. well...it was definitely better than the first. kind of enjoyed it. Haven't read the books and don't care to...but i'm glad the ending was different. Didn't want a victor standing like the first movie. B grade
  12. and that one villain was voted #1 In the comics DC villains are usually better. In the movies not so much..(TDK trilogy excluded)
  13. remember watching this at night when i was young. My mates brother had it on VHs. I borrowed it and obviously paused it at everyone's favourite part but it wasn't very clear. Couple of months later my dad bought a Super VHS player. Touch of a button and the picture would sharpen. Man did it sharpen that picture for me lol
  14. I saw this the same year i saw usual suspects..... 2002. that year i saw so many Spacey movies he became one of my favourites of all time. So i put on se7en thinking yh i know everyone who is in it....than suddenly Spacey pops up on the screen. I punched the air! the film became even better with him in it. As for the ending...wow. That takes guts
  15. finally saw it last night. I fail to see why a movie like this (a western) would be given such a big budget. It wasn't a bad movie but wasn't very good either. Depp is too engulfed in his Jack sparrow role to play anything uniquely now. His mannerisms and style while acting are too similar to Sparrow. Even though i enjoy his acting...its just getting abit tiresome now.
  16. beautiful movie. Very moved by Robin Williams' acting
  17. So i finished the whole series today. Took 2 weeks but i was taking my time. All i can say is that it is one of the best series i have ever seen. Its just so good i cant even begin to describe it. Bryan Cranston is hands down one of the best actors i have ever seen on tv. What a great ending. Closed up everything nicely. just read right now about 'better call saul' series in the works. Good to know there will be something to still to watch in that world. Even if it is a prequel.
  18. An extremely emotional movie. One of Tom Hanks' best.A
  19. I remember laughing a lot at the trailers. Than found out those were the only funny scenes.C grade
  20. One of the few movies that i have been in tears. That seen at the end..with Tom Hanks with his watery eyes...heart breaking:( RIP MCD
  21. very well made movie. Extremely impressed. Those somalian pirates have got some serious acting talent!
  22. Best of the series. Loved it. 2 and 3 went down hill with the obvious gaping plot holes that i just couldn't shrug off. But enjoyed the action in all three. My favorite Bay movies: The Rock Armageddon Transformers Critics and online forums always talk shit about him but i think he is a great director.
  23. A good solid movie. I think people were expecting something like Independence day...a story of us fighting back but I appreciated they went another route.
