    If Deadpool 2 is March 2, 2018 then what is the Untitled Fox/Marvel film on October 6, 2017? Gambit? New Mutants? Also I doubt Fox is going to keep that June 29, 2018 date, that's one week after the Jurassic World Sequel. Also, The Flash is going to die after the one-two punch of Black Panther and Deadpool 2 (assuming it's the March 2 date). But WB will likely move it, if they're smart.

    I doubt its the end. These people in the entertainment business get millions of chances. Just look at Chris Brown. Although Depp might not be doing family films with Burton anymore.(Thats a good thing, because that collab got stale over a decade ago)

    I doubt that's happening. Hulk is not Iron Man. His solo films have not done well.

    It's the only kids movie over X-mas, should do ok. I agree that Taron Edgerton's character looks like he has the most interesting storyline.

    Just briefly skimming, i think people are overestimating Wonder Woman, and Thor Ragnarok. Thor isn't the most popular MCU character. If Deadpool 2 is really the untitled Fox October 2017 film, then it has Justice League two weeks later-- that spells bad news for it. I think it's going to be the lowest grossing Thor film. Wonder Woman has to contend with The Mummy, Transformers, and Despicable Me 3 in June, it literally has no breathing room. They should push it to August.

    Believe it or not, i thought the first trailer was better. It might be too late to salvage this.

    i hate to break it to you but Finding dory isnt offering anything new either. That might underperform as well.

    Central Intelligence is poised to blow up next month. There has not been a real comedy hit since Daddy's Home.

    Where should they have placed The Nice Guys? I doubt it would have done any better in the spring with those four big releases sucking up everything (deadpool, zootopia, jungle book, BvS) Fall is way too crowded as well.

    They're too optimistic on Civil War's drop. I'd say 33-38m is the range, it's not holding onto number one.

    are they really playing it in front of Angry birds? It's not a kid's movie. Seems likely that to play in front of Neighbors 2 since that is a Seth Rogen movie.

    Rogue One and Dory both have a chance to beat CW for the year, also a small chance for Independence Day Resurgence.

    Angry birds will win. I see Civil War continuing to follow Iron Man 3 run. Neighbors 2 will be third. angry birds- 50m civil war-35m neighbors 2-32m

    Well they haven't truly had a breakout film since GOTG. It's unlikely that Dr. Strange will be the next one, the subject matter is less appealing. I think that film performs in line with Ant-man, Thor, and CA:the first avenger. In fact I'm not sure if Marvel has any surprise box office performances left. Especially since they aren't the only cinematic universe in the game anymore. Don't get me wrong, they're far from being in trouble, its just not going to be as fun following their films at the office.

    Money Monster is overperforming, the reviews are meh so the CLooney/Roberts star power duo is definitely propelling it. Clooney usually does well in dramas.

    Sony needs more hits, Angry Birds and Ghostbusters are critical this summer.

    this looks pretty good. I think Affleck is gonna have another fall hit.

    I mean Fassbender hasn't proven to be a draw at all, i bet the casual movie-goer still doesn't know him. He has a worst flop on his hands (Steve Jobs) than those two, he also hasn't headlined a franchise by himself.

    I still think this going up against Star Wars is suicide. This will likely have some cross over audience with Star Wars. Atleast Sing can pull in families/kids and Passengers can pull in females if they play up the romance angle.
