  1. The first time I watched this I thought it was okay. After the second time, I think it's bad. D+
  2. I seriously can't wait to see how far Frozen will go!
  3. I'm too tired to make a list, but The Prince of Egypt is one of my favorite animated features of all time and Dreamwork's best IMO. I can't believe how many of you guys rank it so low in your lists. It has breathtaking animation and music plus so much heart. It's just epic
  4. Wreck-it Ralph is an animated masterpiece. I can't stop thinking about how good that movie was ever since I watched it a year ago. I love it much more than Frozen and Tangled.
  5. WOW, I didn't expect this to be soooooo good! I watched it yesterday, and I am about to watch it again right now. It has heart too by the way thanks to Whitney Houston. A
  6. I think Big Hero 6 has some potential for success, and by success, I mean Frozen-level success. Superhero movies, especially Marvel's, make a lot of money nowadays. And I assume audiences are interested with what Disney has to offer next. If the quality doesn't go down, and word of mouth is strong for BH6, the same thing can happen all over again.
  7. Spider-Man 2. Kirsten Dunst FTW!
  8. That's what they get for copying another short's story, *cough cough* Paperman's.
  9. I haven't laughed this much watching a movie is a long time! I loved it! A-
  10. I really can't think of a better year.
  11. Hopefully, we can all agree that 2010 was the best year in animation EVER!
  12. Yes. And I'm very happy that The Wind Rises lost to Frozen.
  13. Frozen just won over The Wind Rises in Critics Choice Awards a few minutes ago. Now I'm confident it will win the Oscar.
  14. I know, right?I'm happy that The Croods got nominated though. I liked it better than MU and DM2.
  15. I watched this for the first time yesterday. It's not very good, but I found it very entertaining if that makes sense. Looking forward for the sequel. B-

  17. I couldn't agree more. People need to stop be cynical about everything. I had fun watching the awards yesterday. That's all that matters.
  18. I tried to watch the first Cars, but I couldn't get past the first 20 minutes. I can't even imagine how the second one is...
  19. It wasn't one of the choices. Well most everyone says those are the best ones or their favorites from Ghibli, so I don't think watching the others will make a difference.
  20. Of the choices, I've seen Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, Princess Mononoke, Grave of the Fireflies, and My Neighbor Totoro. I've also seen Porco Rosso, but that's not a big one. I think Kiki's Delivery Service is the next one I need to check out.
  21. I've seen all of the Pixar ones except Cars 2 and only the "big" ones from Studio Ghibli, and I have to go with Pixar. I recently rewatched my Pixar favorites (which would be most of the Pixar movies), and I can't believe how much heart there is in them. The fun factor is also present at a much higher level then in Ghibli movies. IMO, the only Ghibli movie as good as Pixar's best movies is Grave of the Fireflies.
  22. TS3 could be my all-time favorite animated movie. It really has everything you'd wish for in a movie. The last scene is a tearjerker because it's about letting go of your childhood. But the movie doesn't forget to excite you with the "prison escape" scenes and to also make you laugh. I don't want to give it an A+ because too many movies get that rating. TS3 is something special; it deserves better.
  23. I just watched the movies 3 days ago then watched it again on the next day and the day after that. I really, REALLY loved it, and the songs were so good. It's one of those movies that leave you thinking about them. A+
