Spiderman 2 seriously has one of the best trailers ever! All this talk of the old ones has me rewatching it.

Universal seems pretty confident in this movie. Most horror movies (especially original horror movies) do not get a trailer tease yet alone 3. Also, I'm just happy we are finally getting another slasher! Better be rated R though...

I want to see this tonight but will probably have to wait until Saturday I'm hoping this surprises and does well. Still crossing my fingers and toes for a $50m weekend.

Not understanding some of the hate for this movie. I'm not expecting cinematic gold but I am expecting a fun cheesy good time (which is what the promos have been suggesting). I am hopeful this can cross $50m opening weekend but my optimistic goal is for it to cross the $61m reached by kong.

How did ACFW not lose any screens this weekend? I'm sure they'll all be gone this weekend. $31,000 while in 2,700 theaters... crazy!

I wasn't expecting another trailer until about a week and a half from now. Kind of surprised they are releasing it so early. Also, are Friday's very good days to garner attention? I feel like people may be more distracted.

The Zords look like actual toys were superimposed into the poster. That being said, I'm still excited for this movie.

A little ridiculous we haven't gotten a full theatrical trailer. Especially since the teaser showed very little.

Frozen legs from here on out get it to $355m. Tangled legs get it to $249. If it gets somewhere in the middle a total just over $300m is certainly possible. Also, good Tuesday number! I was expecting around $1.9m for Moana.

I think this upcoming March might be the most interesting month of 2017. Assuming they don't all cannibalize each other, I see potential for... So many supernatural (ghosts/possession) horror movies once again. Thank goodness for Strangers 2 at least

MJ2 Tuesday above MJ1's Tuesday. Still trying to remain hopeful for a $300m finish but... Star Wars.

Looking good for both Bond and Katniss reaching over $200m and $300m Dom respectively.

We can only afford to lose an addition $17 million more than MJ1 from this day forward before MJ2 dips below $300 Dom total. Hopefully this gap will continue to shrink and MJ2 will have surprisingly good holds. It has 4 more weekends before SW.

I read an article yesterday that said most industry insiders think it'll be closer to $102.5 when the actuals come out.

I will remain optimistic until we get late night estimates.
