As Carrie Fisher character, Princess Leia, kisses Hans after the rescue, all the costumed characters and puppeteers chanted, "We saw you kissing!" The moment was intended to be fun, but Harrison saw no humor in it Not even an insult at him. Just something super light hearted. Harrison is such a bore.

Godzilla v Kong has already been filmed and in post production now. It's more where the Monsterverse goes after GvK that will be in question. also for what it's worth globally it's only down by $27 million on Godzilla's opening.

i just watched the three trailers and no, the post credit scene is not in any of the trailer footage.

Huh? I just said it's not uncommon for BOM to have typos and mistakes in their numbers. Regardless $25M appears to be the number, deadline has it at $25m. boxofficemojo is always making mistakes so they would be wrong. However I beleive rocketman had advanced previews so that's probably the difference, the 22.9 is this weekend and 25 is 22.9 + previews. just a guess.

it is amazing how one low budget teen drama managed to produce so many stars. Nic Hoult, Kaya Scasldaoeriioireo, Daniel Kaluuya Dev Patel, Jack o'connell. Not bad

godzilla 2014 was badly received, so this did way worse, now this has been badly received, next godzilla film will suffer even more. on the other hand people did like K:SI.

don't know if you have forgotten but every sign had it doing much worse than that. It definitely performed way above expectations. it did like double most people's expectations.

I don't tknow anything about GVK i had just assumed that it would have a fresh cast / different characters, then I just looked on wikipedia and saw that Kyle Chandler and Millie Bobby Brown are in it. Hopefully you are correct but as Chandler was lead character i assumed he will also be lead in GvK

it has the young girl and Kyle Chandler so I would guess it will centre on that family again, it's not like they are necessary characters for any other reason (i.e. they're not important scientists or anything, just a random family drama). I am not sure what you mean by KOTM had lead characters returning.

oh man i just looked at the cast for GvK and they have the same family returning.... just why. there was 0 development of any of the characters, just have a different cast of characters.
