Oh I like trailers too, but there is definitely a limit on what I can take before a movie.

I think people would flip here if there were that many. I have a friend that leaves during the trailers and times it pretty much when the movie starts to come back

I dont' think it will flop either and this is coming from someone who doesn't think the movie ever looked good. My guess is people are thinking this is the kind of movie that needs reviews to boost it so when the reviews look really bad right now (not that it can't change), it could theoretically hurt the film Or something like that

Wow, didn't expect that slow of a start for this on RT. I thought I was the only one that didn't see what the big deal about this movie was, but I still think it could end up fresh.

Agreed. I think it affected me so much that when I get a tattoo it is going to be something Star Wars related

Well considering the first day of tickets were available online and my on theater sold out 12 showings in about 3 minutes, i would say it is pretty huge around here too

Fine, I'll take the minority view and say the first half of the season has been great and the mid season finale was good too. I get why some see the finale as slow, but some of them are the same people that complained all they do is kill off some main cast member on the mid finale, so they can't win not saying that is anyone in here but it is funny that way. I like that there is finally a cliffhanger, not just some quick death and they all walk away to the credits. At least this is a build up to see the second half. now could it have been better, yes, I won't argue that. I just think it was still good to me and not as bad as some say.

it's an ok trailer except for Minaj even existing in it But it seemed to get a laugh or two when it played in front of Creed last night

Ok being from Philly, I have a little more attachment to Rocky films than some, so I have to get that out of the way. But even saying that, I really liked this movie. It had enough touches for the original series while creating something new, as well. Obviously all the Philly spots and certain soundtrack music makes it even better, but I thoroughly enjoyed the film and think it is very good. My crowd seemed to be into it pretty well too. at worst I would say it's an A- for me, it may be higher when I get to wake up more and digest it more too

I look at it the the first one benefited coming out after HP and Twilight. That audience was going to be starved for a new place to go and THG was the answer so it exploded the first movie. The second movie did what a some breakouts do, the GA looks around and goes what the heck was that movie that made so much money and decide to give it a try, so the second film goes up. However, what tends to happen is some of that GA that saw the second one goes "well that wasn't anything special" and they fall away so the numbers go down on the third one and it continues to fall. However with this one, I think the fanbase didn't go as much either so that is why the bigger drop than before.

Since I am so ready to see this movie and can remember all the other films, I thought this fit "Nobody's ever gone the distance with Creed, and if I can go that distance, you see, and the credits roll and I'm still standin', I'm gonna know for the first time in my life, see, that I weren't just another bum from the forums"
