  1. There's a reason Mamma Mia was all time number one when it released.
  2. Just gotta keep chipping away. I was happy with how Suzume did earlier this year, now we need the US weebs start watching more than Shounen
  3. Finally seeing this tonight in Dolby. Wanted IMAX, but all good seats are long gone at the BFI IMAX for tonight. Ah well, very excited still.
  4. Aquaman is doa by the look of it. BFI IMAX is in the situation where 1 early show off Wonka is outselling the rest of the day with Aquaman. Godzilla's show on Thursday is 3x more full than Aquaman's solo show. It's going to be a brutal run.
  5. The place needs it's traditions. Besides, unlike others here once he's done his schtick you can at least have a good chat with him.
  6. That's pretty much me as well. No chance I'm going near the original series
  7. America is fascinated with Britain, a 40m ow is far bigger than you expected and there's already plenty of data in the tracking thread to tell us Christmas is going to do well. Stop being a constant negative Nancy.
  8. I'll admit, Swordsmith Village was a slog for sure, last episode was great but definitely the weakest arc so far. Not enough to shake my confidence going forward though.
  9. I agree, but at the same time seeing the end of entertainment district on the big screen was fucking rad so I'm down for this
  10. Same distribution method as Ms Swift, seems like this might be the new normal for concert films
  11. Crunchyroll is a part of Sony, so much bigger distribution resources
  12. So that's why I couldn't go to either of my preferred theaters yesterday 😑
  13. Godzilla making double digits in any form would be shocking and a big win for foreign film. Still can't see it but here's hoping
  14. What a short, the boy has a bright future!
