Still not seeing any rating from RT. Only 2 reviews are showing up. Both of which are good but that's a really small sample size. Meanwhile nothing on MC. I guess even the critics don't care.
Fan screenings almost a month in advance is a bad idea in my opinion. Do they really think these people are still going to be talking about it a month later?
Yeah, I don't know. None of that really makes any sense to me. I get why he's being intentionally vague but it's really confusing and makes it harder to be excited about the future of the franchise.
Which interview was this? I thought he said the Flash rebooted the DCU implying that everything from that point is part of the universe. I'm not saying I necessarily believe it but that does seem to be the messaging.
It sets up a bad precedent though. Whenever a new movie comes out, audiences know they don't have long to wait so there's less of an incentive to watch in theaters or have repeat viewings. Movies are becoming less of an event that you must see in theaters unless you want a long wait.
I mean that's fine if studios are okay making less money. Something tells me they're not though.
