Some good news for STiD. That's 35% jump on Saturday at Rallax's theater.

Man, if Thursday/Friday were that low and fanboy front-loaded this opening could be really bad for STiD

I'm just talking about my area in southern California.  East Coast and Texas seems to be doing pretty well. At least its Imax shows are selling out.

Spock is half-human right?

His Vulcan side has always kept him from being emotional. And that still wouldn't explain

why he would give a rat's ass when someone who could only be described as an enemy or a colleague, certainly not a friend, died. Do you remember how emotional he got when the entire planet Vulcan (and his mom and just about everyone else he knew) was destroyed. And yet he gets like this when Kirk dies? Please! Horrible, horrible, storytelling and characterization.

Go watch STII. It might change your mind about whether STID is a good movie or not.

You totally didn't get the first movie did you. They became friends during the end of that movie.

But just imagine what Kirk did for the crew. He was the only one willing to do what he did.

Or maybe it's bromance. lol
