TDKR's ending is all kinds of sloppy awesome. A sense of urgency lacking in most comic book films, even if half this shit don't make sense.

It seems nice on the first time around, but on second and third viewing it becomes highly sloppy and not very well done and well construed.

It might not be an "Oscar-worthy" (whatever that means) performance, but Talia's death is far from one of the worst ever. It's totally passable for a blockbuster movie. Internet fans just trash it because it's a Nolan movie and it's a scene that didn't hit it out of the ballpark.

Talia's death was razzy worthy, along with Sally Field in Lincoln.

It's very sloppy. For some reason, it doesn't bother me. The Batman fan in me just loves it too much.

That's not to say that certain moments and other sections of the film don't get their criticism. Dat death scene. However, people seem to use that scene as fuel for Marion's complete performance, which, that scene aside was not bad at all.
