TV ads are already running full force with it. I doubt it. They dont need to though imo. I think the concept still looks kiddie because of the colorful characters, and action.

I hate adam sandler's latest movies but I still look forward to seeing this and I think a lot of other people do as well. I think the critic's reviews might be a big factor in how this performs.

This looks really good, but, at least in Australia, I've seen very little promotion for it?

No one I know has heard about this and I've never seen the trailer attached with any movie this year.
