 yeah, the one i rented on dvd and just assumed it was the well known one. turns out it's some french film, but we'll see.

Juliette Binoche, Johnny Depp and Alfred Molina are absolutely adorable here. It's a rather simple feelgood movie without any further purpose, and as such lacks a bit tension, but makes up for this in likeable characters. With Judy Dench and Carrie-Anne Moss in supporting roles, this movie has quite a cast too. Recommended for viewers of age 25+

Yeah, it's a charming little flick. I liked Alfred Molina a lot in it.

It was a perfectly great movie until the fire scene. The final act completely ruins it. Binoche's character starts acting unrecognizable, the villains go over the top and the conclusion is lazy. What a disappointment, it was so perfect for like 1 hour and a half.
