I'm not so sure this film will great, but as long as it's enjoyable, I'm sure it'll at least be okay. Hoping there's at least some freaky imagery.

I had no interest in this movie until the trailer.

 

I think making R.W. Stine the main charecter and the plot being that his books are coming to life is a clever one.

 

And how can you not like a movie with an army of Homicidal Lawn Gnomes?

The other Rob Letterman/Jack Black team-ups are really terrible so there was probably no reason to think this would be any different.

It seems like I will have to see this. While I would have done a different take on my favorite book series, u must say it seems like if will be a fun time at the theaters!

I noticed that the girl character's name is Hannah. Could she be the same Hannah from The Ghost Next Door? I hope that turns out to be the case. I loved that book!

I was thinking this but afraid to post it because it sounded spoilery.

 

Btw anyone find it weird that they're avoiding the iconic images of the series? Very little Slappy and no Monster Blood or Haunted Mask in the trailers yet. When people think about Goosebumps they don't think about a giant mantis.
