So that puts Frozen's Japan OW as the second highest for an American animated film behind Nemo I believe. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

 

When looking at the 2 day weekend MU did better (though admission wise it seems that both are about equal on sa/su which is still pretty cool... MU had a higher 3D share).

700 M could happen. THE HOBBIT: TDOS is also going to cross 700 M overseas, right? No?

Yeah, could pass Ice Age 4 as the biggest OS animated grosser. That's just crazy, I can't believe an original animated movie has been that huge OS.

 

I don't know about DOS. Isn't it kind of done everywhere? Not sure.

Probably not likely for Smaug. It pretty much only has the end of its run in Japan to go, and I believe this weekend saw another drop above 40%. So while it's going to earn a bit more, another $20 million feels too much of a stretch.
