Yeah, this will at least take care of some of the hole left by Harry Potter. Over time it could do a pretty good job replacing that franchise if it can get more traction overseas, like what we've seen with Transformers. Avatar was completely original. It is the highest opening and grossing original movie ever. It is not ADAPTED from a movie, show, book, game, ride, toy, anything. Even Lego Movie isnt original because it's based off toys. Avatar may have borrowed elements from other movies, but it didnt adapt from them. Neighbors copied a bunch of penis jokes, so is that not original?Godzilla is not original, but a reboot, and its smashing reboot records.
