No, she faked her death in the beginning by using her power to convince Wolverine that she was dead, via mental manipulation through her physical contact with him.

 

 

Then at the end Stryker shoots her and kills her.

No. He only got Mystique in the leg when he was trying to kill her. With Mystique he was trying to kill her and missed. With JFK he may have been trying to save him and failed.

I honestly don't remember anything from Origins. I hated that movie. I only have the DVD to have the complete collection of the X-Men saga. Thanks for correcting my post.
