Aplandg
To those that have read the book, what is that thing Thomas is holding in two of those pictures? Looks like some sort of trigger to me, but I can't remember from the book.

Aplandg
The picture with the people hanging upside down reminds me of the tv show The 100... I pictured the hanging people to be a little creepier in my head.
DAJK
I pictured the hanging people to be a little creepier in my head. To be honest I never really liked that part of the book. It was interesting, but I thought that was the one part in the series where the writing kind of fell apart.

DAJK
Interesting. Why did you think so? I thought it lost a lot of the imagery that the rest of the series did so well. That whole segment of the book just sort of "happened" to move characters from point A to Point B. I guess it did a good job of creating this really confusing and in a way, tense atmosphere. But the writing just felt so different in this part, that it was a little off-putting.
Kalderic
I was nicely surprised by the first film. I wasnt expecting much, but ended up really liking it. Im pretty excited for a trailer to this already.

2spooky4u
I pictured the hanging people to be a little creepier in my head. Those are the Gladers captured by Jorge. I don't think they'll have that whole segment in the movie.
Aplandg
Those are the Gladers captured by Jorge. I don't think they'll have that whole segment in the movie. I thought it was the people in the beginning who are hanging and appear to be dead and later disappear.

grim22
The stills look very clean and sterile actually, when reading the book I had pictured these locations as being pretty run down and crumbling.
