50% drop for Dawn from last weekend removing previews is 34.25m. That's 53% from the full weekend. It's the ceiling imo.

(Maleficent dropped 50% from the full weekend but that was 1st week of June when the weekdays were not as strong as now and it's demographic was different. Maleficent's Monday drop was 68% compared to Apes 58%)

 

I would be happy with a 55-57% drop too, 31.2-32.7m.

Love that number for Apes - really hope that it can break out in a big way. Apes 2001 showed that there is a bigger base that will watch it so hopefully they continue to come out.

My bet would be, GREAT for Apes, very good AS ALWAYS for Tammy and Mal, good for everything else, BAD AS ALWAYS for TF4..

 

Because it's been like that since always.. DOM B.O. hasn't played nice with me lately.. I wonder what have I done?

 

I love Apes2 btw so at least one movie is making money it deserves.
