As much as Elordi has the look, and probably has the acting chops... I don't know if I could get his Euphoria character out of my head, lol.

I hope they go with someone totally new and unexpected, at this point I’d find Elordi a boring choice and I just can’t see Gunn going with a fan-cast choice.

I believe Gunn has said that the casting process has already begun. I know he also mentioned we won't get any news on that for a while, but I bet we may at Comic Con...

Comic Con is mid-July! Gunn is doing promo for GOTG 3, but is still a part of the auditioning process while doing so.
