Before anyone starts that 5 extra hours crap or saying JW had inlfation advantage, I wanna post this again.

It's really not that big a deal. We need to forget this five extra hours crap. Movies always have new advantages. TA had a 3D advantage over TDK, TDK had an IMAX advantage over Dead Man's Chest. Dead Man's Chest had inflation advantage over Spiderman. The market is always changing. 

 

JW will be beat one day, it won't only be because of attendance. Some format is going to give whatever that movie is an extra boost. So guys, enough of this five extra hours and whether its fair crap. All movies have new advantages, its nothing new.

JW got the record. No ifs ands or buts.

This weekend has been hilarious on Superherohype. The Marvel fans began the trolling early as MoS's June OW record was going down and were pretty much relentless with the troll comments, then Friday and Saturday numbers came in, and then the trolling began in earnest in the opposite direction as Avengers's record looked like going down. The number of people banned there over the past weekend must be a new record or something.

I didn't even think to head over there. I can only imagine.
