dang, I just realized that I completely left out one movie that I probably would have had in or close to my top 10, but at this point, it looks like it may be there anyway.  So I may feel better after that :P

Thanks didn't know that. CBA to look through pages on my phone, was just trying to remember what hadn't been named yet.

I agree PP2 will probably not show up, it won't be ahead of Mockingjay.

I don't think Room or Spotlight can make it, haven't reached a wide enough audience. Same goes for Carol.

Spoiler

Steve Jobs

This movie had a very public and difficult route to the screen, and it actually proved Amy Pascal right with its box office performance. However, it was a really good movie. The 3 acts filmed in 3 different styles was really well done and Fassbender delivered a really good performance as Jobs. The movie definitely deserved a better fate IMO.

BOF User Reviews

Ultimately a great film. Danny Boyle does a good job and this is the most Sorkin script Sorkin has probably ever written. Great performances as well. I like how the unique structure allowed it to cover a lot of ground (which is a problem many biographies in film run into if they try to cover too much territory) while at the same time remaining focused.

A-

-Water Bottle

Great performances good movie.

4/5

-Michael Gary Scott
