In the Heart of the Sea had a $100M budget and made just $25M DOM

Blackhat had a budget of $70M and made $8M DOM

Red Dawn had a budget of $65M and made $44M DOM

 

Liam's batting average may be a little better than his more famous brother.

Well considering that Liam hasn't been in many movies outside of the 4 hunger games that makes sense.

Not that Chris has been in many more - 13 versus 9 but only 2 of Chris's 13 have matched the grosses of the Hunger games films

Wow. BvS was down only 45% from its previous Thursday. Looks like a <50% weekend drop is possible....was really hoping for another 60% drop haha

Compare Chris' MCU with Liam's Hunger Games. The result should be in Chris favor, but not that much. 

In the Heart of the Sea & Blackhat are missed opportunities for Chris. Those movies, if done well, could

be a positive contribution to his resume & career. He was working with Michael Mann & Ron Howard for God's

sake!

Can't forget RUSH that is Ron Howard #2 for the guy.... I wouldn't necessarily hold his film choices against him - he just has had 3 failed "oscar films" and that average includes a film that didn't even crack 100k! (granted that doesn't move the average enough to top Liam)
