Well if we a realistic right now in europe it's going to (other then uk) +80% today. So atleast 10m extra from europe. And 5.5m from sk. Other markets will increase to. So it will break 100m it's not even a question. Probably closer to $110m. So about 290m after sat!! !

Japan 201M (+5M) vs. 35M

Germany 130M (+10M) vs. 45M

France 129M (+10.5M) vs. 50M

Those three countries alone will mean that Avengers is probably 330M (+25.5M) behind and for Titanic China also adds up to 189M.

I will assume this will go like SW7 OS + exploded china.

SW7 OS was $1.13b with 124m from china, if china exploded to 500m, meaning 1.5b OS is within reach.

 

I would say, if it wasn't for Europe and Japan, Avengers would have defeated Titanic in 2012, if it wasn't for china + some asian market , titanic would also be defeated by SW7 in 2015.

 

And now seem like even the most inert place for superhero craze, mainly europe and japan are now gaga for it....Titanic is not longer safe....

Thats true, but Australlia won't aswell, and in NZ it won't happen aswell. So those are some big markets. But you are right it's breaking everything atm. I think 118m will be more realistic. But yeah it's blowing everything. If this gets 403m OS and other team up movies total gross in it's OW with out china. If you had told me that 2 years ago I would have declaired you insane. It's a testament to how well AIW is doing. It's stunning.

Second biggest first OS Friday ($83.5M), only behind The Fate of the Furious ($112.1M).

 

Also, second biggest 3-day OS total ($178.5M), only behind The Fate of the Furious ($194.8M).

 

It would be very hard to beat the latter's OS OW ($443.2M) but IW certainly has a shot at $400M.

 

SAFE bet (and I cannot believe the words that I'm typing): $375M + NA OW $235M = $610M WW :blink::blink::blink:

 

If only China had opened this weekend too...
