I love the Fantastic Four, but their actual value (as opposed to potential value) as a franchise has plummented with the way Fox has constanly screwed up this franchise. I would put Diary of a Wimpy Kid considerably higher. Yeah, the films don't make a huge amount, but they cost almost nothing to make and invariably make a good profit .
