Some of them has 28th July as release date. Wonder why the delay.

Any guess how much of the potential gross lost for Thor??

why no thor? is it bcoz of ass shot? they should just remove that and move on.

Probably something else. Could be something to do with gods.

Though I wonder if Disney has messed up their relations in Saudi, considering how they defamed the market with "how they are so regressive to ban their movies" PR. FWIW Saudi never banned a movie. They asked for a 12 secs cut for DSitMoM, which is rather normal thing in most markets for censor to have some scenes cut. Disney probably wanted PR of them being LGBT saviour in West than the money to earn in Middle East. You can cut the 12 sec and it will have no impact on movie at all.

Wonder why only UAE got the release date for Thor 4 but not other ME countries but equally Muslim majority Indonesia got this movie released tomorrow.

Indonesia isn’t a strict country. There’s just very few movies that banned here. Usually the one with controversial matters to God (Noah) or some extreme movies. The most recent example is Lightyear but probably because it was animation and aimed for kids so it was banned. Other than that, It’s all good. Eternals, FB3, DS2, Thor, EEAAO and countless others are good here without any censor.

Edit: and also most of them are successful relative to their expectations with no hate at all. So yeah, we’re not that conservative and strict like ME.
