hm I think it could also premiere at Cannes Film Festival. there's usually a spot for 1 or 2 british films in main competition or Un Certain Regard.

this looks like the best movie of the year for me. I imagine it will be as boring/slow as Francis Lee previous film so that’s exciting

This honestly feels like a film IFC would release and would not be in the awards conversation at all.
