Jessie
ughh i hate reading ignorant comments , we're in 2012 and some people still think like that...now there's a disgrace!another subject where ignorant comments still abound is regarding women rights and status , huge facepalmpersonally i love bollywood movies, i also lived in the midlands for a year and it was a great experience to me living around indians , pakistanis, arabs esp as where i'm from there not that prominent, neither were white people british or europeans!it certainly helped me get over a lot of apprehensions i had unconsciously from news reports etc...that's why i always tell younger people than me that they have to travel abroad and mix with other cultures....it will make you a better person and give you experience and perspectiveps : as i don't know you jessie i can only make a judgement on your comment which is indeed ignorant or narrow-minded !iIt's easy for people to call me arragont or narrow minded, but im sure if you lived in a place where you have hundreds of muslims rioting with sticks because they are offended by the fact we are honouring our falling troops as they are driven by in coffins, then maybe you will be just as narrow minded as i am. riczhang
Seems pretty high IMOIt's really popular in the UK. I wouldn't be surprised at £50 million, but realistically it's probably gonna be £30 million.
htall90
Yh as a kid i remember it was huge on loads of buses and my i'm sure it will be huge hit in the UK £25 mil at least.
Rudolf
ABBA was really big in the 70s everywhere except the USA - so Mamma Mia!'s success is hard to duplicate.
SchumacherFTW
I still think Universal are confident this will the BIG film for the first 3 months of next year. Lest we forget it's rare to get a musical advertised as both an Epic and a Musical. I'm hoping that people won't be put off by the musical aspect, as this does look truly brilliant. Jonwo
Universal will market Les Mis heavily and its a known property with big names.

Heretic
Wow at Skyfall!! £100m is looking more and more certain every day.Expected for BD2. Maybe £5m for the 2nd weekend, which would put it at over £26.5m. That's great seeing as BD1 finished with just over £30m.
SchumacherFTW
Twilight's quite odd in the way it legs after second weekend, it's always pretty consistant and then shuts on christmas eve here while there's still an audience. It's odd.
