I really enjoyed Poor Things, lots of big laughs. One couple walked out, but that was the only walk out.

Its raunchy, inappropriate, hilarious and actually a really positive story. Highly recommend.

Same here, just got back from it and loved it, and I say that having absolutely detested The Favourite.

Emma Stone and Mark Ruffalo were fantastic.

Same here with The Favourite, it was a chore.

Poor Things also breezed past. Didn’t feel like a 2hr20m film.

Thanks for the regular updates :)

Fear of January box office woes firmly put to bed once again. Four films over £1M (potentially 5 with The Beekeeper) which is above the same weekend last year; Empire of Light was below £1M because it burnt off 4 days of demand by opening on the previous Monday.

Thanks for all the updates as always! Great for Poor Things and Anyone But You. I actually thought Poor Things would be a little bigger.

Aww Wonka beat Poor Things in the end.

Poor Things did £1.6m with £1.8m including previews. Wonka £2.2m.

Anyone But You increased again, up +14%

Great holds for Priscilla -23%, One Life -28%. Even Night Swim avoided a 60% drop somehow.

Beekeeper has the wrong total there. As does One Life, total should be £5.9m.

Another strong weekend for the UK boxoffice with great holds all around.

Anyone But You is having an excellent run and will easily pass £10m. Wonka also looks set to breeze past the £60m mark and has a good chance at entering the top 25 of all time, which is currently Fellowship of the Ring at £63m.
