Doctor Strange counted today for Sunday, May 8 (13 days to go):
 

NY (AMC Fresh Meadows 7): 849 (17 showtimes)
Miami (AMC Sunset Place 24): 558 (23 showtimes)
Grand Rapids (AMC Grand Rapids 18): 76+ (12 showtimes, 2 Sell Outs reported but I rather doubt it because the other shows don't look too crowded)
Austin (AMC Lakeline 9): 32 (13 showtimes)
Tempe/Phoenix (AMC Centerpoint 11): 34 (17 showtimes)

Total tickets sold in 5 theaters: 1.549+.

Comp: NWH had with 6 days to go = 7 days left for Doctor Strange 4.372 sold tickets also for Sunday and in the same 5 theaters = 35.5% of Spider-Man with 7 days to come closer for Doctor Strange.
The question is how much it will rise till then. Normally these films ca. double their presales during this period. E.g. TSS had 838 sold tickets (for Thursday) on the Monday before its release week and 1.385 on Monday of its release week. And that film had pretty small jumps in my theaters. SC had (for Friday) 1.418 and a week later 2.672 sold tickets.
So 70%+ for Doctor Strange of NWH next Monday would be my guess at the moment.
Tomorrow or at the latest on Wednesday (on that day I have the better comps) I count in all 7 theaters.

Memory had today 31 sold tickets for Thursday in 5 theaters.
Comps: Angel has Fallen had on Monday of its release week 191 sold tickets for Thursday in the same 5 theaters,

Blacklight had 20 in 4 theaters

and Copshop had 18 in 7 theaters.

 

And for Friday it were 13 sold tickets today, also in 5 theaters.
Comps: Angel has Fallen had 136 sold tickets for Friday in the same 5 theaters,

Blacklight had 3 in 3 theaters,

Copshop had 11 in 7 theaters

and The Protege had 32 sold tickets in the same 5 theaters.
So at the moment it looks better for Memory than for the total flops Blacklight and Copshop but also not very promising.

Today was the final day of comps I had with Batman, and that's pretty much useless. NWH comps is also not worth much and the real comp will be T-10 days. I think we can hit 20K by then. The final admits would probably need to be around 60K admits for $35M.  

Note: I was missing ~300 worth tickets in last check due to new shows being added which I hadn't in my list.

I had set a 21K target at T-10 days initially but adj down to 20K soon after that and it was able to match that. The pace so far has been good, adding 1.5k in last 4 days. 

 

The best locs like Cerritos, Estrella Falls, Mountain Grove are very close to NWH at same time at almost 75-90%, the smaller ones are bit behind and will get good jumps near release.

Looks good for $35M+ previews as of now.
