so if you suppose TLK drops 40% this weekend which would be around 1.6M admissions. so H&S is looking at a sub 1.6M opening in admissions?

F8 opened to 2.1M iirc so this seems like a steep drop. hope it's not less than 1.4M-1.5M

R$100m would be less than a 30% drop from Fast 8. I think it would be considered a good retention in most markets.
