My attitude toward this frachise is; If you can get GDT to do a thrid movie, I will be there opening night. Otherwise just let the franchsdie dies a merciful death.

Mignola being involved is good but...at this point I'd have to assume there's some personal issue with Del Toro right? He's only become more popular as times gone on, he's down to do it, and Perlmans said makeups gotten good enough where they wouldn't have an issue with caking him up again despite his age.
