Looks like MI7 just finish its run? Why? This week is so empty and the movie can easily have a small expansion.

I wonder if they would have had an expansion in IMAX if Barbie wasn't there.

I'm kind of bummed Venice is on track to gross lower than E4.

Agreed, really liked Venice quite a lot, especially compared to Nile. Wish people would give it more of a chance, but adult movies these days that aren't straight up horror have way higher hurdles to climb than anything else :(

Yeah they could have done that and squeezed another 10-15 million which would have gotten it past Mission 1 unadjusted.. But nope they could not bother I guess.

no they couldn't have. Even re-releases with new content like no way home or avatar (2010) didn't make 15m and mi7 doesn't have that kind of juice, maybe another extra mil or 2 at the most

My AMC theater has 5 showtimes for MI7 this weekend which shocked me. I can't even remember if it was even playing the last few weeks at my theater. So they're clearly trying for something this weekend at a few theaters.

Nun 2 threepeating was really unexpected. I think it will go over Expendables 4, but Lionsgate may wait till Monday 4pm Eastern to give actuals which will put Ex4 on top by like 50k.

Is it? This is good to hear. I thought they are out because the number and Paramount stop reporting their theater count.

Hmm. It was being reported that it has finished it's theatrical run. I just checked theaters in my area it is still playing at some. The trades doing their usual ace reporting.
