I like it better than Batman Returns, even if it is less quality, it's far more entertaining. The end goes off the rails, but the origin stuff and introduction of Robin is actually well done. Sure the movie is way over the top in spots, but I'd argue that you can't go any more over the top than hundreds of missile wielding penguins.
