But moviegoing is still cheapest form of entertainment. Isn't it a fact that movie attendance actually goes up when the economy is bad? Standard ticket prices are 10-12 euros for 3D movies I know it. I am just surprised that in Spain average ticket price is higher (about 7.2€). And 3D can cost 10-13€ too. We have three types of VAT: 4% for basical products (basic food, books), 10% for products like housing, general food, medical material (glasses, prosthesis), transport, restaurants, and 21% for the rest, including movies.
