It won't beat Avengers OD because there are 11 theaters less than last year and at night Benfica will play in the semi-final of the Europa League. That will hurt Iron Man 3 late shows. TA set a lot records there and IM3 can replicate some sort of similar performance .... IM2 made below 20 million in Mexico and Brazil while TA did 3X more then that.
