Indeed. Argentina loves animation.

In 2010, Toy Story 3 (16 million) and Shrek 4 (13.8) ranked #1 and #2 over Avatar.

In 2011, 4 out 6 first movies were animated (#1 Cars 2, #3 Puss in boots, #5 Rio, #6 Kung Fu Panda 2).

Last year, Ice Age 4 destroyed every record, making 28.6 million (and Madagascar 3 ranked #3 with 17 million, just 300k behind Avengers).

And Despicable me 2 was at 13.1 million last weekend after a 2.5 million weekend with a 9% drop from previous.

Argentina's box office has been growing a lot. At least in the animation realm.

MU is a good sign for FD,(even if the movie is not good as the original, it'll still outgross the first one.) Now every movie in 2015 should fear Dory besides AoU !

It doesn't work that way, a film coming out in the summer never has to fear a film coming out in November, it simply isn't relevant to it.
