I'll have to check later sure had higher # for monday

The reason why Monday had higher than early estimated is T4 is really hot in China.  Give you an example the IMAX 3D(360-400 seats) around 9-10pm still very busy on Monday.  Normally it is dead or quite after 8pm during the weekdays but T4 is totally different story!

You also can track how busy around 9-10pm IMAX3D every city at China's Wanda cinema by going to Wanda(Biggest cinema chain in China) website, each IMAX3D have 360-400 seats, and it will tell you how many seat leave so you can book and choose where you want to sit!  You can see it is a lot, a lot busier than a normal weekday evening!

*Estimated numbers always come out around 10PM(China's time)

How hot is T4 in China?  According to THR, "Tickets were sold out at cinemas across Beijing – when The Hollywood Reporter visited a local multiplex at lunchtime on Sunday, we told the first available seat would be at 10 p.m."

Tuesday should drop by around 10m from Monday, which is considered a bit inflated since many people who couldnot get the ticket during OW had to see it on Monday instead.

I hope its in yuan :P

Wow! Crazy number, so what is TF4 looking to gross? $300M has to be a lock, right? Can it go much higher? $400M? Sorry, I don't follow China BO enough to really know what this film is capable of.

275-300 is my guess atm

dont get carried away ......

most big movies play strong in first two weeks. But they drop big from the third weekend. TF4 should hold well for first three weekends with little competition. But it will drop big on 4th as TT3 opens.

Plus it is said to have only 5 weekends of release. no extension.

Totally agree with fmpro $275m~300m should be close range unless something dramatically happens in coming few days.

That kind of gross allows for one billion.

Is the no extension thing confirmed. TF3 did get it?
