Olive
Doraemon is the first Japanese movie in 3 years, last movie was a Conan IIRC, and it bombed with 20M yuan. Sat actuals: Dora 84M/149M AOU 25.2M/1385M TL 21M/69.8M PK 9.1M/66.2M Dora will have an excellent hold today, over 70M yuan likely! San Andreas gewara is TL level... I'm surprised, only 2400 tickets with 34 hours to go.

Olive
Sunday estimates: 1). Stand by Me Doraemon, ¥88M/ cume: ¥237M ($38.2M) 2). Avengers: Age of Ultron , ¥24M / cume: ¥1409M ($227.2M) 3). Tomorrowland , ¥17.7M / cume: ¥87.5M ($14.1M) 4). P.K., ¥8.7M / cume: ¥74.9M ($12.1M) 5). I, Frankenstein ¥6.2M / cume: ¥39M ($6.3M) Doraemon increased, some parents took their kids to enjoy Children's day in advance, also the reason AOU had minor drop. AoU became the 3rd movie to cross 1.4B yuan. Meh for TL and Good for PK. SAN ANDREAS gewara just crossed 3K, WEAK.

JennaJ
JW marketing looks quite bad though. Really? I would think that genre would be easy to market in China. Hope they don't waste that potential.
