¥1.1 billion translates to just $176563596. ¥1.37 translates to 219861353 OD. Horrible OD for sure. Could not even do $200M OD. :-)

Yeah if he/she meant 137m yuan, then that would be $22m. Which is not impossible. Might have been a bad translation. That happen's and keeps it up for weekend, could pass DoS total in 4 or 5 days. Tweeted them to clarify what they mean.
