We could use 1 or 2 more voters because we have a few ties. However, if we don't get any, then we will just go to the tie breaker round. You have until wednesday night at 11:59 pm eastern to get your votes in. There are some movie Scores that desperately need your votes. Also, I just want to make sure that everyone knows that animated Scores ARE Allowed to be voted on. If some of the Scores that you want to vote for are for animated movies, then that is allowed.

There are ties? Really? With this many film scores to choose from it surprises me.

There are a few ties at the moment (I believe 4 two-way ties). It's amazing because this is not like the film song list. All of the Scores on the list receieved multiple votes. But everything is so close in points that there are ties. There are some popular Scores that have broken out from the pack, but most of the Scores are bunched up.

Man, I think this list was harder than ranking my top 100 movies.

Here is my list:

Rank Movie

1 The Last of the Mohicans (1992)

2 Gladiator (2000)

3 Star Wars “A New Hope”

4 The Fellowship of the Ring

5 Saving Private Ryan

6 The Two Towers

7 The Empire Strikes Back

8 Raiders of the Lost Ark

9 The Dark Knight Rises

10 The Prince of Egypt

11 Field of Dreams

12 Glory (1989)

13 Harry Potter “The Prisoner of Azkaban”

14 The Untouchables

15 The Lion King

16 Dances with Wolves

17 Jurassic Park

18 Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon

19 Mulan

20 The Last Samurai

21 Batman (1989)

22 The Curse of the Black Pearl

23 Planet of the Apes (1968)

24 Superman (1978)

25 The Good the Bad and the Ugly Gettysburg

Forgot about Gettysburg so The Good the Bad and the Ugly falls off my list

The Kingdom of Heaven is my alternate in case one of these movies doesn't qualify

My favorite is Danny Elfman's Batman score.

You still have time to vote. You can vote for as many Scores up to 25 as you want to. If you don't want to vote for 25, then you can vote for as few as you want to as well. The deadline is tonight at midnight. Edited by Walt Disney
