The Great Digital Film Festival, how many of these movies would you see?

Recommended Posts

In what seems to have become an annual tradition now, the big multiplexes in my region have set aside 1 week in Feb. for The Great Digital Film Festival. All movies are very inexpensive by local standards ($6 instead of $12.99). Movies range widely in age and there is always a good mix.A few that I saw last year included Alien, Aliens, The Big Lebowski (first time I've seen it on the big screen), Back to the Future, LOTR-ROTK and a few others. Here's what will be playing this year:*** = the ones I definitely plan to see, what would people on this board see from this list?2001: A Space OdysseyA Clockwork Orange***An American Werewolf in LondonJaws***The MatrixCockneys vs. Zombies (umm, what? Never even heard of this one)Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal SkullIndiana Jones and the Last CrusadeIndiana Jones and the Temple of DoomRaiders of the Lost Ark***The Fifth Element***GremlinsBattle Royale*** (oh yeah!)Oldboy***CasinoGoodfellasPulp Fiction***Reservoir DogsThere may be others added yet.

I've actually seen every movie on the list except Oldboy (heard great things about it) and Cockneys vs. Zombies, and even seen every movie on the big screen except Jaws and Battle Royale.I think I'm actually looking forward to Battle Royale the most, I bought the DVD years ago when someone recommended it and still have it, even contemplated getting the Blue Ray recently.Great movies should be seen on the big screen, seeing The Big Lebowski last year was the highlight of last years digital film fest.
