RichWS
Dial M is certainly minor Hitchcock.

ecstasy
North by Northwest is on TCM right now and it got me to thinking about the films of Alfred Hitchcock. I love NBNW but if I had to pick a favorite it would by Rear Window. So what are your choices DAR I love you for this thread. My favorite Hitchcock films are: 1. Rebecca 2. The Birds 3. Marnie 4. Rear Window 5. Suspicion 6. Notorious 7. Dial M for Murder

Lordmandeep
Well his most well liked films are... Vertigo North by Northwest Psycho Rear Window Hard to say really... Each is epic in a different way. Vertigo for the storyline and haunting score. North by Northwest was the most fun and an amazing score. Psycho is one of the best thrillers and likley his most famous film. Rear Window storyline is the best and Stewart and Grace Kelly were great. Lordmandeep
I think Vertigo and Rear Window... Vertigo for looking soo good and being such a haunting film. The scene where he makes the girl back into the old image was amazing... Rear Window is great for keeping you on your feet the whole time and how we peek into the lives of others. keysersoze123
To me " To catch a thief" is also a blast. It was very funny and Cary Grant/Grace Kelly pair were terrific. Also france/monaco locations were just fantastic.
