The title for Episode 1 is simply meant as a bookend for the Season 2 finale which was titled Valar Morghulis.

Though the Ep 1 title is a better fit for (Book 3 end/Book 4 start spoilers)

The episode for when Arya actually travels to Bravos to the House of Black and White

Everyone at Westeros.org is getting into a big tussle over when the Third of (Big Book 3 Spoilers)

ASOS's Three Big Weddings will happen.

A decent amount of of people want it to happen in the Season 3 finale so they get immediate satisfaction and payoff. To me that would be D&D blowing their load on a very major plot development way too soon. Then you have the rest saying Season 4 anywhere between Episodes 2 and 6.

My opinion is Episode 4 or 5 since they're not introducing in Season 3 characters such as Mace Tyrell, Oberyn Martell, etc who are built up through the middle of the third book and are present at the event in question. Shoving the event back to those episodes gives time to introduce them and develop them, especially Oberyn Martell who in the book is deliberately constructed to be a fan favorite.

So yeah, I really hope D&D don't feel the need to toss fans a huge bone and keep the event in question in Season 4 where it belongs.

Charles Dance confirms basically what we already knew:http://www.denofgeek.com/tv/game-of-thrones/24679/charles-dance-accidentally-confirms-game-of-thrones-season-4

We’re about to start season four aren’t we? This year. We get scripts pretty early on, much earlier on than in similar series, usually you get perhaps one episode and you just have to trust that what’s going to come in subsequent episodes is going to be as good as the one you’ve got, but in this I think there are six scripts already written, and we will probably be able to see them with more than adequate time to prepare before we start shooting.
