Can I ask what Mockingjay's current dollar total is? (Did it stay in theatres at all in January or did it finish at 23.1M?

Thanks

Canacine only shows the Top Ten movies every week and Dec,31st was the last time Mockingjay was part of the Top Ten. It probably did a little bit more than $23.1m but not much.

The Hobbit Trilogy:

Weekend 1 14-Dec 91.16 m 14.76 $6.18 m
Mid-Week 1 17-Dec 27.04 m 14.70 $1.84 m
Weekend 2 21-Dec 38.78 m 14.59 $2.66 m
Mid-Week 2 24-Dec 12.36 m 14.66 $0.84 m
Weekend 3 28-Dec 32.78 m 14.71 $2.23 m
Mid-Week 3 31-Dec 9.41 m 14.76 $0.64 m
Weekend 4 4-Jan 20.07 m 14.83 $1.35 m
Mid-Week 4 8-Jan 5.19 m 14.84 $0.35 m
Week 5 14-Jan 10.03 m 14.60 $0.69 m
Week 6 21-Jan 2.95 m 14.64 $0.20 m
Total as of Yesterday $16.98 m

The Hobbit 3 is leaving the Top Ten this weekend. Even though BotFA sold more tickets than the other 2, the horrible exchange rate put it in the last position when we compare grosses in american dollars.

I'm really excited about Avengers 2 in Mexico, it's likely to be bigger than in Brazil given it's a more dynamic market right now, even if the peso also lost some value. $75m-$80m is possible, let's hope :D

I'm really not sure about 50 Shades though, probably a success but less successful than in Brazil.
