The reason cesspool is doing well is because of the HUGE marketingcampaign that made the movie look different and appealing. I know people who have never heard of a cesspool movie in the r life who were excited to see it. Also it definitely would have done better if it was pg13. My brother is 13 and he and all his friends wanted to see the movie but can't. The illegal ddownloads for this will be HUGE. -
yeah Jen's star power is def fading. Joy probably won't even make 100 million WW and won't make a huge profit. and it's true that chris pratt has only lead big movies. but I still think the film will do well. All the space movies have done well. and I think people would want to see a romance featuring 2 huge stars. The budget is very big though.

I've read the script and Pratt is definitely the main character too lol and I know Jlaw has an Oscar but his films have been just as big as hers.

Eddie Redmayne definitely deserved it imo. He was great in the film. I get that people wanted Keaton to win because he's been around longer and he's old and it may be his last chance

I don't get it. Why are people hating on Redmayne? I mean you don't have to love his performance but he seems like a nice guy? I want him to win so bad just so all the Keaton fanboys can freak out.

My dad I live in Canada and we wanted to see this movie on cheap Tuesday. We got to the theatre 25 minutes early and it was completely sold out and there were like so many people leaving the theatre because they didn't get to see the movie lol.
