No big spoilers please (something like "XXXs' theme is good", but not "music in the scene when Kylo perforates Han" - I don't want to hear anything about that anymore. ), and thank you for your messages. Obviously I'm not gona read this thread and searching that opinions for myself.

    I hope that they later try to sell this movie to ST fans, because it will be a movie to celebrate 50 years of the series.

    I don't know... trailer was goofy, silly and with bad using of innapropriate music. But it shows space exploration, interactions with some aliens on their homeworld etc. Typical 'trek' motives. Of course in action packed style, but still.

    Much better trailer. Colour grading, better editing, even CGI wasn't that bad as in first one. So it was better. Like... 4/10. So, you know.

    What a thread Anyway - I was looking forward to this oversexualized, 'horror-esque' dressed little girls in this movie. What a horrible idea. But hey, this toys sells somehow...

    Ouch! So beautifully old-school! Reminded me of movie I haven't seen since a childhood - The Time Machine, based on H.G.Wells book. I have no idea if there is any similairity between the music from that movie and H8, but somehow images just poped to my mind.

    exotic: (adjective) 1. of foreign origin or character; not native; introduced from abroad, butnot fully naturalized or acclimatized So yeah, use of this word is proper. Exotic as for abroad, not knowing the language, culture etc of country whence main character in PrimeMoverAndShakers' story origin, as oppose to woman of colour (what a long, dull term, languages tend to reduce and shorten long phrases, so I hope something appropriate will come out soon), who lives in same place, or at least have knowledge of that place.

    This teaser for trailer and posters sucked all energy from me... Poor CGI, shitty music, slaughtered beauty of Chastain... Sigh. At least I like Ice Queen from Andersens' tales, and Emily Blunt is great actress, so maybe something interesting will came out of this.

    Actually idea of sharing the universe of many deities from different cultures is quite neat. I read a few 'lighturban fantasy', or 'angelic fantasy' books setted in worlds like that, and possibilities of that kind of worldbuilding are really vast.

    Oh, completly disagree. I'm really a CGI hater and nitpick everything (Warcraft, ekhem), but here..? Not really, Alice 1 looked much worse.
