    Dunkirk's Saturday will be the true test to see if its WOM is truly strong.

    It did get an A- in CinemaScore which could reduce its chances of frontloaded. Plus, its previews started at 6pm. I'd say its OW should be in the low 50s followed by good legs (no films will have an IMAX release until Kingsman 2 in late September). After all, Suicide Squad held very well due to lackluster competition after its 3rd weekend.

    That's understandable. Asia countries including China and Japan have approved to release this wonderful movie.

    Would it ever release in that country? If not, I don't understand why they wouldn't because these type of films would do so well there. After all, it's one of the best movies of the year.

    After this weekend, it should be okay for the rest of the summer. Nothing is interesting between next weekend and September 8. Unless it completely crashes, Sony will do everything in its power to push it to $100M.

    Valerian ain't gonna open 92% as good as Girls Trip. Reviews and Marketing aren't very good for this one.

    It opened in 2nd place in Australia with $3.7m (including previews). That's 70% above Get Out!!! Also, China has confirmed that this will be released on August 25. $100M OS is so on the table and might be a lock at this point
